Jason Vaughan Wolfrey

I was taken to court by my former landlord for breech of contract. I contacted Jason and explained the situation. I had recently bought a house, and gave previous landlord a sixty day notice of vacating. They were trying to sue me for well over seven thousand dollars. I was living with mold, and docu...mented and supplied pics of my living conditions for the past three years. Jason, who doesn't normally deal with these cases, took my case, and got me out of the slumlord hole. He is fantastic, and helped me to walk away, without having to pay a slumlord for unreasonable charges; not to mention the uninhabitable conditions that I endured for the prior years. The slumlord, after his wonderful consulatatikn, walked away without anything, and bailed me out without having to deal with them any further. Hire this guy. I'm just a guy that could actually fight against this particular property management company due to my finances, and Jason helped me tremendously. Thanks again Jason!
