I have used Mr. Wolfery multiple times in in the past for a reckless driving and 64/45 ticket. For the reckless driving ticket he evaluated my situation from every angle and gave me multiple possible outcomes of my case. I went and had my vehicle checked out by a mechanic per his recommendation and t...he shop had found defective equipment on my vehicle. I notified Mr. Wolfery and he presented this evidence to the courts and I was able to get my charge reduced all they way down to defective equipment. For my speeding ticket he recommended that I take my vehicle and have my speedometer calibrated, the shop determined that my speedometer was off in such a way that there was no way that I would have known how fast I was going. Mr. Wolfery presented this evidence to the court and I was able to get my charge reduced again to defective equipment. The bottom line is that without his help I would have never thought to go get my truck checked over and I would probably be stuck with both original charges. I highly recommend him to anyone, his communication skills are excellent, he is timely and efficient with updates, and most importantly he is a excellent lawyer.

When I say he is a magician this is not to suggest he is a powerful force to be reckoned with in the court room, instead this is reference to his ability to seemingly completely disappear after he receives payment until the day of my court date. I showed up to my court date with no clue of the poten...tial outcome due to Jason doing zero pre court date planning or communicating with me that I did first not initiate.

This lawyer does not care about his clients. He didn't try to keep me informed on my case despite me constantly asking for updates. He didn't talk to me until the day of court and even then it was very brief. Looking back now I think even a public defender would have been a better option. I woul...d not recommend this lawyer.

I was looking for an attorney for a Reckless ticket. Wolfrey was extremely knowledgeable about the local courts/judges/officers/etc, took time to tell me everything I wanted to know about the likely outcomes and what I could do to mitigate them, and his demeanor made me feel very confident that he kn...ew what he was doing. He gave excellent advice and ended up getting my ticket reduced, which was important to me for a variety of reasons. I would recommend him to anyone in a similar situation.
