Jason Vaughan Wolfrey

It was indeed an easy and pain free experience working with Mr. Wolfrey. His knowledge about the Virginia traffic laws and his persona helped us mange our case without any hassles. I got a reckless driving and he delivered more than what he had promised. No points, with just the DIP and a 6 months pr...obation. Strongly recommend for any kind of moving violations. I received a ticket for wreckless driving (86/65) and Mr. Wolfrey was able to get it reduced from Reckless Driving 86/65 to Improper Control/Driving (which carries 3 pts for 3 years on my license vs. 6 pts for 11 yrs for the Reckless Driving offense. Process was very easily and I was notified right... after my court date in which he represented me.

I hired Mr. Wolfrey with confidence after I talked to him on the phone the first time. He assured me he had dealt with several cases like mine before and that it would be an easy one once he got a hold of the police report and built a case. It probably would have been had he ever done that. I con...sistently emailed him asking him if he had gotten a hold of that, but all I ever got in response was a simple “Havent seen anything” from his secretary each time. I had my doubts that he was even reading my emails. These suspicions were more or less confirmed when Mr. Wolfrey begrudgingly met with me for the first time. Mr. Wolfrey is either too busy to care for his clients or simply does not. Either way you are better off hiring someone else in the area.

Jason Wolfrey has helped us out on a couple of occasions with DUI and traffic charges. He advocates strongly on behalf of us showing empathy while giving the proverbial "kick in the butt" when needed. He responded to our communications quickly. Even when emailed him after hours, Jason ALWAYS respo...nded quickly even when I'm sure he would rather be spending time with his own family instead of answering questions for mine. We've gone the "public defender" route and turned to him to correct shoddy representation. Jason is DEFINITELY far superior with his representation and should be considered where possible. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone that needs representation and would "increase the stars" if I could on his rating.

Wolfrey was great! I was extremely worried when I got pulled over for Reckless Driving going 87/70 in a particularly strict county, as it is a misdemeanor in Virginia. I am a college student and didn't want to have a criminal record impeding my ability to get a job after graduation. Wolfrey got my a ...plea deal with the Commonwealth Attorney and it was reduced to a simple speeding ticket and the trial itself was super painless and quick. He is also super personable and friendly and answers all your questions, no matter how silly.
