mr.shirkey was an awesome attorney. I switched to him from another local attorney who didn't want to give me any advice or options, other than shoehorn me into what he assumed would be my punishment. Hyatt asked me a bunch of questions, i.e. what do I want out of this and what are my concerns, et...c...) he was very down to earth, no judgmental like the first lawyer I had. He responded to all of my emails and messages in a prompt manner. He thoroughly explained my options and got me out of a jail sentence...im glad I switched to hyatt.
