Hyatt Shirkey

My husband and I have been very pleased with the help that Mr. Shirkey has given to our daughter. He has been extremely easy to work with, very responsive to phone calls and emails, and has taken time to explain legal information. My husband is a retired attorney so he and Mr. Shirkey have had 'law...yer' conversations but Mr. Shirkey has always made a point to explain what they were discussing so that I could understand. He was able to support our daughter and get her the best outcome for her case. We feel very fortunate that Mr. Shirkey was assigned to our daughter's case!!!!

mr.shirkey was an awesome attorney. I switched to him from another local attorney who didn't want to give me any advice or options, other than shoehorn me into what he assumed would be my punishment. Hyatt asked me a bunch of questions, i.e. what do I want out of this and what are my concerns, et...c...) he was very down to earth, no judgmental like the first lawyer I had. He responded to all of my emails and messages in a prompt manner. He thoroughly explained my options and got me out of a jail sentence...im glad I switched to hyatt. Mr shirkey was attorney for my son. He listened attentively to us. He had great analytical skills and communication skills. He was quick to come up with new plans as the judge, prosecuting attorney process changed. He worked hard at getting the most favorable outcome for my son. Mr. Shirkey is the best lawer I've ever meet. He always keep in touch with me about my husband's case no matter what time of the day. I could always call and he would awlays willing to answer my question and address any of our concerns. My husband had several cases and even one involving a judge. Shi...rkey was able to get him out of all the charges. He got even got the one with the judge dismissed. He is a really caring lawer. He's willing to go the extra mile for his clients.

I truly wish I could give Hyatt more than 5 stars. He spent ample time with me doing a free consultation. He went over every possible scenario and was rigorously honest about every possible outcome. He thinks outside the box and was very thorough in all of his explanations. The call was dropped twice... during our chat due to failing service on my end, but he called me back both times and never lost patience. He was sincere in his words and has a genuine care that feels lost on other lawyers I spoke with. I would highly recommend Hyatt for any legal needs you would have. He’s the real deal! The only reason I am unable to hire him and not make it past the consultation stage is because I did not realize he is a little over 3 hours away. He stated his distance from the start and still spent over an hour with me in the phone! He offered to make the 3 hour drive and said that if anything changes he would still be willing to travel.
