I am from New York and got a Reckless Driving by Speed ticket in Mecklenburg County, VA. Did not think much about it until I found out that paying the fine would put a permanent criminal record on me. I consulted Joe and his response was fast, professional and very detailed. I was an out-of-state driver clocked going 81 in a 70 mph zone (reckless driving by speed, and a misdemeanor offense with points attached and definitely an insurance spike). He got the charge knocked down to a 0-points and, most importantly, non-misdemeanor charge. He was very clear with me about what would be happening, how my case was being handled, and about the results when they were determined. I would definitely recommend Mr. Taylor's services (and I myself will be using cruise control when I go through VA from now on just to be safe)

Mr. Taylor and his office staff were courteous, prompt in their responses with excellent communication, both via telephone and E-mail. Mr. Taylor appeared in Brunswick County General District Court on my behalf, for reckless driving charge by speed (83/70 on I-85 South). He successfully persuaded t...he court and the Judge ordered a reduction of reckless driving charge to defective equipment charge with no points on driving record. The disposition letter arrived via E-mail the very next morning. I would highly recommend Mr. Taylor with no reservation.
