I hired Joseph Taylor almost 2 months ago. When I spoke with him after paying the $50 to talk him. He told me to pay him $1500 to take my child custody case and he would do the intake and talk to me within 2 weeks. I paid him almost 2 months ago and never ever spoke to him. All I needed was a court d...ate scheduled. He couldn't do that let alone even call me once. Finally, after 7 messages sent and calling the office somebody called me back today because last night I sent a message asking for a refund. He answered them about my refund but never would answer about when to take 5 mins to call me after lying to me and taking my money. Now I'm refunded with the money with no lawyer and no court date. I HIGHLY recommend you do NOT use this guy!!! Terrible terrible terrible!! Obviously doesn't care whatsoever about your situations and is too busy to ever take on a case or will take your case and not do anything with it!!! Now I'm starting from square one because of a lying, selfish lawyer!

I am a NC resident who was ticketed for speeding in VA. Subsequently, I was in touch with at least 10+ VA lawyers to get a brief consultation and estimate for services. I chose Mr. Taylor to represent me because his fees were one of the more reasonable ones, and he answered my preliminary questions i...n a timely manner. Through our communication I felt the sense that he is honest and genuinely wants to help his clients. Fast forward to a few weeks later, my reckless driving by speed charge (6 points) was reduced to "defective equipment," thus resulting in no "points" on my driving license in NC. I am grateful for his services and highly recommend him!

Mr. Taylor is the best lawyer I have ever used for a traffic violation. He is kind, smart, and an all around awesome man. He helped me get my traffic violation reduced to where I would NOT receive points on my license. Thank you so much for what you do Mr. Taylor. Hopefully I will not need his assis...tance in any other traffic matter, but if I do, I will undoubtedly be going back to Mr. Taylor!!!

By giving me the step by step processes, and the first names of folks in the court, and the fact that he asked me personal questions to help with my case was a first for me (I had contacted 3 attorneys, all were quick to tell me the probable outcome and d...idnt seem to care otherwise).
