Definitely 5 Star Lawyer

I had tickets in Newport News and Hampton courts back to back days. I consulted with Mr. Ballard and hired him. My first court date for one of the courts was during the midst of the Corona virus shut down, and Mr. Ballard was able to get a continuance. He was able to get both cases dismissed. He ...knows the court system very well. He and his team are the very best. I respect him very much.

Best lawyer I’ve ever had.

I was recommended to Mr. Ballard by a friend due to a recent drug charge. Mr. Ballard worked tremendously for me and even though I have had prior arrests, he was able to keep me out of jail with no problem. Also he’s very reasonable with fees. I would definitely recommend him for your criminal defens...e.

Amazing lawyer

I would like to take a moment to express my appreciation for the dedication and professionalism of Mr Ballard, I decided to hired him because since day one he expressed concern and provided to me that sense of trust which sometimes is hard to find in attorneys , with his knowledge and confidence my... case was dismiss, what it could had been worse for the circumstances and lack and miss of information provided in the case. I highly recommend Mr Ballard.

Phenomenal

First I would love to say Mr. Ballard is amazing. When I first consulted with him I could tell he was going to do his best. At times I questioned myself, but him and his team made sure they kept in touch with me throughout the process. He’s an amazing attorney. I would definitely recommend him to any...one I know that would need help in any situation similar to the one I was in. If you’re looking for someone who actually does there job at your defense, Matt Ballard is the guy.

got a serous speeding ticket?? then you need Matt!! hands down the best in this area.

I got caught red hand by HPT drag racing a buddy. I was charged with racing reckless. When I consulted with Matt, he informed me exactly what I was facing per state statue and the consequences if found guilty, which were not good. I got a good vibe from Matt when I talked he listened and asked questi...ons. I could tell he enjoys helping the community in which he has grown up. once I hired Matt he laid out a plan to have the best outcome in my case. I did everything asked by matt. when we went to court he was able to work out a deal with the cop. Matt was able to talk the cop into dropping the charges and the case was dismissed. Matt is a solid guy, he had multiple plans in place in case of negotiating with cop did not work. I felt confident that I was going to beat the charges or at least have them reduced to something lower with Matt as my Lawyer. I will recommend Matt to any of my family and friends.
