Great attorney who actually cares about you.

I have used attorneys in the past and they have seemed to just not care and wanted to get me to take a plea deal and get it over with. Matt looked at every possible defense and and was completely straight forward about the details and what could happen. In the end i believe Matt got me the best possi...ble outcome with how bad my case looked to the prosecution. I have referred him to 2 other friends and they both had awesome outcomes. Besides being a great lawyer Matt is a even greater person and i think he genuinely cared about me and wanted me to succeed.

Knows How to Get the Job Done

I have been represented by Mr. Ballard twice with awesome results both times. I have also referred several friends to him and they were extremely pleased as well. Great office staff with good customer service!

Simple Assault

Mr. Ballard defended me on a simple assault charge that seemed impossible to defend, but nonetheless he went the extra mile and provided genuine remorse to those affected while getting the best results on my behalf. As a client who was in distress, Mr. Ballard was completely on my side and was more... than fair in my defense.

Matt is a great attorney I was sure I was going to jail he had other ideas I walked out with no jail time an a smile on my face I plan on useing him again to help me get my license I would recommend him to anyone I know
