My partner and I needed to update our estate planning documents and thankfully we chose Promise Law. Their process is pretty smart in that they educate you in advance of meetings, through short info videos so that you are educated and informed of processes and documents in advance of meetings to disc...uss and execute planning. This is saves time on both sides. Lawyer Ms. Geneva Perry was great and will “get it” regardless of your situation, and her staff is also great and very responsive and attentive to detail. Most importantly, they provided very specific instructions to ensure our trust was funded properly following our executing everything. In my past experiences with lawyers, they did not do this. We are very pleased with our experience.

My parents used Promise Law to develop an Estate Trust in 2020. At the time Robin Kutz, Esq. was the lawyer that helped with the planning and establishment of the trust. Then in late 2022 / early 2023, I used Promise Law again for the administration of the Trust after my dad passed in Oct 2022 (my ...mom had passed a bit earlier than my dad). Geneva Perry, Esq was the lawyer that assisted me with the settlement of my parents Trust. Please note that Mr. Kutz had retired prior to the administration of the trust. Both Ms. Perry and Mr. Kutz did a great job for my parents. They were very helpful, kind, explained the Trusts in great detail and helped in all areas for the administration of the Trust at the time of my parents passing. In addition to them, The Promise Law team would not be complete without the paralegal and administrative services of people like Jeanine and Tammy. They were very helpful in many ways with paperwork, document development, responding to questions, etc. I liked their services so much; I plan to use Promise Law for my Trust in the next year or two. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Promise Law for all of your Estate Planning. I researched Estate Planning prior to using Promise Law, and I'm glad I did. I had gotten recommendations from others who had been through the process, especially with older parents, and Promise Law came highly recommended.
