I was searching for an attorney to take on my bankruptcy case. Didn't have much money at the time. Mrs. Powers gave me a free 45 minute consultation. She was quick on her feet and in her thoughts with strong intent on understanding my situation. She provided clarity and knowledge of what was to happ...en next and if this was or wasn't a good idea for me to file. I could tell that she was serious about the law and her practice. Dana and her supporting team were absolutely phenomenal. I was drowning in compounding IRS debt, soaring hospital bills, credit card debt that was increasing due to a current garnishment from a underserving Slumlord(lawyer) for $8000. ( I had co-signed for a girlfriend 10 years ago and was never re...leased from it when the relationship absolved even though they initially said they did). It was $500 per paycheck being taken.
