I served over 22 years in the United States Navy. I was enlisted for 12 years and served as a Legalman (military paralegal) and selected for Chief Legalman (E-7). I was served 10 years as an officer as a Limited Duty Officer for Law (LDO Law) and obtained my law degree on my own during night school and am the only LDO Law in the history of the Untied States navy to obtain their law degree while serving on active duty. I retired in 2010 and opened my own law practice and now put my years of experience to help military members with Court-Martial Defense, Administrative Discharge Hearings, and discharge upgrades.
Also, while serving on active duty, I was the Security Clearance Manager for 3 separate military commands and administered the security clearance program. As an attorney, I have successfully represended dozens and dozens of clients before almost every Federal Agency to appeal their Denied Security Clearance.

Did a very good job!
I was referred to Mr. Morris for legal assistance and he did a great job for me. The process took a little while but I expected it to since we were dealing for the Navy. I could not have asked for a better outcome. I definitely recommend!

No Support, No Response, Doesn't seem to care about Veteran Issues once the check clears.
I've literally called/emailed/text, over 37 times to this man and his office, and received 2 responses from him. This is over an 11 month period. And I have the records to back that up. He let the time for submitting my petition EXPIRE, so my opportunity is GONE. Even after the reminders that my subm...

Don't hesitate to hire Rick now
Rick Morris is the only attorney I will turn to for legal matters! I was getting kicked out of the Navy after 20 years of faithful service for something I did not do. No one was on my side. The Navy Jags assigned to me seemed too busy to assist, and did not believe my innocence. Where they did no...
"I endorse Rich Morris. I serve with Rick Morris in the Virginia General Assembly and on legal matters involving military law. I am Chairman of the House Courts of Justice (Judiciary Committee). Rick is my "go to" attorney when I need legal work done on important legal issues with serious consequences. In my private law practice, when I have a military client, I always refer them to Rick to work out the consequences that may result from a criminal charge."
