Like others, I researched online first using Mr Johnson for my daughter who was under 18 and received a reckless in a school zone during session by a Virginia Beach Police Officer. Her ticket was reduced not just to improper driving but speeding and this was accomplished in juvenile court where the j...udge shows educational videos and "leaves no child behind in tough judgements." Secondly, he defended me against a laser detection of 76 in a 55 and I walked out with just 60 dollars court cost and a non moving improper equipment charge. He knows the field and is a former master police officer who sees things from the legal and law enforcement vantage. He is a presence that diffuses the tense situations and individuals. Mr. Jerrell is a professional lawyer, who will become an expert on your case before taking it to court with you! Let me tell you that the day I went to court I had a very strict judge. The police officer that gave me the ticket was not friendly either. I did take a driving improvement class from the ...advice of Mr Jerrell Johnson. What happened was something that I had never see, Mr Jerrell point it out that the law section that they charge me with was not applicable to my case. The judge had to look up the law section and after that the judge dismissed my case. Mr Jerrell will not only consider plan A for your case, but he will study the judge, the police officer and he will even prepare you for plan B. In my case, we did not use plan B, my certificate from my driving course. From now on, I will always recommend Mr Jerrell Johnson to every single one that needs a lawyer. Let me tell you that I had to many lawyers that do not do a professional job. So thankful to have find a lawyer that cares and works so ethical with you.
