I became acquainted with the need for good advocacy while working for the Virginia Beach Police Department. As a police officer, I would have to put on cases for the Commonwealth and recognized that I had an ability to present cases in such a way that judges and other attorneys recommended I attend law school. Having graduated from Christopher Newport University, I attended Regent University School of Law during their evening program, while working full-time for the Virginia Beach Police Department. Upon graduation, I joined the Southampton Commonwealth Attorney’s Office, after which I joined the Stallings & Randall team.

 

I have a reputation as an advocate who knows how to get things done. I have tried and successfully settled numerous Virginia personal injury cases. I also have taken several Virginia criminal cases to jury verdict, including several not guilty verdicts or dismissals. With my Commonwealth background, i am knowledgeable and respected in Southampton County as DUI and drunk driving attorney.

 

I am a member of the Southampton County Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) and is a member of the Bar Associations for Suffolk, Southampton County, and Isle of Wight County. As a resident of Southampton County, I am a local attorney who wants the best result possible for my clients. I make myself available for my clients during nights and weekends by cell phone and regularly check and respond to my emails. Best of the best Lawyer to handle Reckless Driving Cases
What a magical lawyer Mr. Jack Randall is! He got me out of the Reckless Driving case 88/55 in Brunswick County, VA. I couldn't ask anything more. 2-3 firms gave me money back after studying my case, but Mr. Jack took the case and got me out of Reckless driving which was criminal misdemeanor. My family and I are eternally grateful for his service and I hereby recommend Mr. Jack without reservation. Ashley from the team also responded very promptly and keep us up to date with the progress on the case and if anything needed from us.

Jack Randall is the attorney you want in any custody/divorce case. Having children himself, he understands your concerns and empathizes with you. Mr. Randall was well-organized, responsive in emergent situations, and always fought for what I wanted. He is straight forward and doesn't just tell you what you want to hear or tells you empty promises that seems to be common among some atorrney. He is the best trial attorney around and you won't be disappointed.

Awesome attorney
I have hired Mr. Randall on several different occasions and he has always done a wonderful job. He got my tickets reduced and saved my license. I will recommend Mr. Randall and his firm to everyone I know. If I had a problem he always returned my call all the way up to 10 at night. He always squeezed me in for an appointments. He was always right on point on what was going to happen in court. If you want an awesome attorney call Mr. Randall.

Best person for the worst situation. I thought I was done and then a friend referred me to Mr. Randall and thank goodness he did. He knows what he is doing and kept me out of jail!!!

Bob lampley
Jack represented by son on a DUI. He did a wonderful job in getting it reduced to reckless driving. My son kept his license and sis not have to attention ASAP or have the expense of ignition interlock. He saved my son a conviction and me a lot of money.

My Experience
In late 2013 I became involved in a life changing criminal battle. What I went through was the single most stressful and painful experience of my life and was ultimately the end of a life long career. I chose Mr. Randall based upon my prior knowledge of his professionalism, reputation and compassion for the law and his devout protection of those he chooses to represent. Mr. Randall brought in Mr. Vinson to assist in my case and he was equally as compassionate and invaluable to my defense. Throughout the entire process Mr. Randall kept me informed and was extremely honest with me when it came to decisions that would effect the rest of my life. What really stood out is how available he made himself to me. There were times throughout this year long crisis that he called me with no updates, just simply to check on me, which meant so very much to me. Mr. Randall truly cared about more than my case and me as another client. Mr. Randall cared about me as a person who needed to move on with their life and be protected as much as possible from a system that is sometimes working very much against you. Everyone in life experiences hardships and pain. Everyone falls. Mr. Randall and Mr. Vinson helped pick me back up so that I could rebuild my life and protect me as much as possible from what could have been. I am eternally grateful to them both.
