I came to know about Art and his work when i was still in college (Truman State University) about 10 years ago during a seminar that he gave at our university. After attending his seminar, i learned few things about him and his law firm: Art and his team are very passionate about their work and work ...very hard for it, and They are there to help and work with you through out your case. After i finished my undergrad and PhD (about 10 years later), I emailed Art and asked for an appointment to talk with our chances of getting permanent residence here in the states. They were very through and walked me through the entire process step by step, and most importantly to us, they were honest about our chances regarding our case under EB2 NIW. Art and our case manager Briana were very helpful throughout. Response times to emails were on point and they were very friendly. Gave a lot of good info and was very reassuring in the run up to the interview. The USCIS officer didn’t need much in the way of supplemental evidence as she said our case... was well prepared, and had almost everything she needed (besides our new lease). Art and his office have been EXTREMELY important for me in my path through the immigration system in the US over the last 3 years. I went from being on F-1 student visa 2012, through OPT, to finally getting an H-1B this year. Art has always been very passionate and knowledgeable about anything I a...sked (and I asked a lot!). I always got a response within a few hours (if not minutes) from either Art, or his colleague Mara (and Jeni later on). No matter how many questions I had, and no matter how silly they were, they always answered them all patiently and in a great detail. I had several phone calls with Art too, whether it was with me alone, or a conference call with my potential employers. I always felt very special from how Art described my case and myself to the employer and I have always felt very well represented and had a complete trust to leave my case in Art's hands. To my great surprise, Art has never asked for any money for his consultations. Not a cent! All the emails and phone calls we've had were always free. Who gives you something for free these days?? Art is also continuously preparing "Immigration Art" videos, where he describes the differences in various visa types and gives advise to anyone who watches the video. It's a great way to get yourself familiar if you are new to the US immigration system. He is posting new videos regularly so even if there is any change in the immigration system or anything tricky others wouldnt want you to know, you can be sure that there's going to be a new "Immigration Art" video very soon covering all the hot topics and everything you should know. It emphasizes the philanthropy in Art's work and the "mission" he seems to be on - to help and inform as many people as possible, even if it is for free. That shows you that even his heart is really in the right place. There is not one bad word I can say about Art and his office as they have always been a great pleasure to talk to and work with and I am definitely using their services in the future, whenever I'll need them again!
