Arthur answered every question we brought to him and walked us through an extremely helpful mock-interview for our green card meeting. We hired Serratelli Mijal to help us in processing my Green Card application all the way to final approval and even beyond. We were guided through the entire process by Sara and Mara who were extremely responsive and gave us excellent advise regarding when to file what and what needed to be sent in w...ith which application. Just before the interview we had a Skype call with Arthur (despite us being out of the country at the time) who reviewed our documents, walked us through the entire process and eased all our concerns to the point that we were not super worried when we walked in for the actual interview. I can not recommend Serratelli Mijal highly enough and would encourage anyone looking for a lawyer to strongly consider them.

My husband and I worked with Art, Sara, and Mara for our marriage based green card. I changed my status from a F1 visa to permanent residence. I applied for OPT after my F1 with my DSO but it got denied because the application was turned in too early (more than 60 days prior to when my program ended)... the USICIS told me that it was denied about 3 months after my F1 visa ended- my grace period was over, I contacted Art and his team immediately to proceed my marriage based green card. All 3 of them were super knowledgeable, professional and Art was fun to work with on Skype, kind of took of the edge and the nervousness of our whole process. We turned in our applications for advance parole / combo card and adjustment of status / green card on September 12th, and in early December (LESS THAN 3 MONTHS LATER) we got our green card interview scheduled on December 17th and GOT MY GREEN CARD TODAY IN THE MAIL (Dec 22nd) before we even receive the combo card to work and travel or anything lol. Now that’s all irrelevant. The whole process took about 3 months and 10 days ._. UNBELIEVABLE. Thank you guys so so much Art, Sara and Mara You’re amazing at what you do and change hundreds (maybe thousands by now?) of ppl’s lives :)

We worked closely with Art and his amazing team on Green Card application based on marriage. We thought we had everything but since our marriage and dating period was short, Art helped us understand what the immigration officials need and helped us prepare well for it. So much so that in our intervie...w, the immigration official was very impressed with how well we were prepared and organized with everything. And our green card got approved the same day!!
