Best Legal Experience Ever
I had a difficult immigration case and needed a lawyer who was experienced, brilliant and compassionate at the same time. Needless to say this was hard to find. But thank God I found Hugo Valverde. He is all those things and MORE. Of course he achieved the result I was hoping for. I could not be more grateful. I recommend Hugo without any reservation whatsoever.

Trustworthy & Highly Professional Attorney
Attorney Hugo Valverde and his law office they were meticulous in every single detail, paper, application, and the whole process. He went and assisted us with our USCIS interview. Mr. Valverde always responded to our phone call, our emails and received us several times in his office for clarification and clear information. Never we received inaccurate information neither false hope. His office keeps us posted about all the process and updated us until we received our USCIS approval. Last week we received our PERMANENT RESIDENT card. Without hesitation, I recommend highly Valverde Law PLLC.

Great Immigration Lawyer
Words are not enough to share with you how grateful we are to Mr. Valverde. If you want a great immigration lawyer Mr. Valverde is it. We have know him for over over 10 years. He came highly recommended to us on my husband case. A battle that we fought for over 5 years and Mr. Valverde was God sent. Got the charges dismissed and my husband is now a United State Citizen thanks to Mr. Valverde.

Happy Customer who received Positive Results
Hugo was an excellent lawyer. He was good at communication and answered my questions in a timely manner. He helped us do a different route and apply for my spouses papers from his native country which actually sped up the process. We got our results within 2 years....a little less. My husband now has his Greencard. He is also fluent in Spanish which was a definite perk!!!

You are FULLY COVERED with HUGO!!
It was an absolute pleasure working with Hugo to get my H1-B visa done, along with a H4 for my wife. I did not directly choose Hugo ( my employer did), but they could not have chosen anyone better. Hugo was prompt and courteous to provide every clarification needed, and to move through the visa process as quickly as possible. When I had to return a signed form to Hugo along with some Visa fees, I had missed sending the check for the Visa fees. He did get back to me on this, but was gracious enough to send the visa fees himself so that the application process did not have to wait! I strongly recommend Hugo to anyone who requires of his services. He will be the first person I will turn to in the future for any service that he can provide for me.

A professional, excellent attorney in South Hampton Roads
I hired Mr. Valverde as my attorney for my citizenship application. He was very kind and patient to answer all of my questions. He and his assistants were very efficient to send all of my documentations on time. He is very knowledgeable of all the related laws. I had an issue and did not get approve with my first attempt to apply citizenship by myself and after hiring him, I was successfully became the citizen of the United States of America. I would highly recommend Mr. Valverde for every applicant who wish to become permanent resident of citizen of USA.

Best Immigration lawyer
Mr. Valverde helped my husband and I to get H1B visas and then assisted us with the Green Card process through employment. Although the whole process took a long time, we could always count on Mr. Valverde's help. Every question we had answered it right away. Will recommend to anyone looking for legal advice concerning immigration
I worked with Mr. Valverde to adjust my mother's immigration status. The process took over a year and it was very discouraging because of the routes available for my mother. Mr Valverde and his staff were always ready to answer any question in a timely matter. He recommended the best alternative when it was available to my mother and afterwards it was just a matter of waiting on immigration. The paperwork was always accurate and we never had any issues with immigration. His firm was a pleasure to work with.

Hugo Valverde is a warm, friendly and dependable lawyer. He made us feel like everything was taken care of and that we had nothing to worry about. Excellent Immigration Resource for Immigrant Legal Case
I am a permanent resident and has been charged with a felony. My criminal defense lawyer has teamed up with Atty. Hugo with regards to the impact of my case on my immigration status. Atty. Hugo is a very excellent resource for immigrants who are involved on legal cases. He is very knowledgeable on immigration law and can provide advice on impact of legal case on immigration status. He is very responsive and approachable. He exudes a positive aura that made me comfortable and honest with expressing my thoughts on the case. He has stayed with me and my criminal defense lawyer throughout my legal battle. With his advice and my criminal defense lawyer's superior negotiation skills, my case was downgraded to a misdeamenor and a non deportable violation. I am very happy with the result of my case and it gave me and my family peace of mind that immigration authorities will not put me under removal proceedings. I will be forever grateful to Atty. Hugo.

I highly recommend Mr. Valverde!!
My husband and I were so glad to have had Mr. Valverde assist us in our marriage filling process as well as my political asylum status. We hear tons of horror stories of how people have hard time understanding their lawyers and lack in communication with them, but our whole process was very smooth. We were informed of all necessary information and detals in both cases. We were kept up to date with all paper works and interviews. Basically all we did was just check with Mr. Valverde's office and ask him questions whenever we were wondering about things, and they were always there to email/call us to answer our questions and concerns. Mr. Valverde's service is very professional and friendly. He is a very kind gentleman and a very good listener. I didn't only love the service, but also the whole atmosphere and people who work in his office. I felt welcomed and respected! We are thrilled to work with him again when time comes for getting my citizenship!!

"THE" Immigration Lawyer!
Hugo Valverde was able to get removal proceedings dissolved so that I am now a permanent resident, something I have not been able to attain for over a decade with other lawyers. Very quickly we achieved so many steps in the right direction and I knew finally, good things were going to happen with Mr. Valverde on my side. My life has changed forever for the better and for my family. Mr. Valverde was extremely knowledgeable about immigration law and confident from the very first meeting which gave me comfort and peace of mind and I knew I was in the right hands.
