Art and our case manager Briana were very helpful throughout. Response times to emails were on point and they were very friendly. Gave a lot of good info and was very reassuring in the run up to the interview. The USCIS officer didn’t need much in the way of supplemental evidence as she said our case... was well prepared, and had almost everything she needed (besides our new lease).
