Arthur Serratelli

I've been in the international education field for 22 years, and Art Serratelli is the immigration lawyer I trust the most. He knows his stuff, and very importantly knows the lines between what he can and can't do with regards to international students. He knows when to say "I don't know the answer t...o this question".
