I recently used Katherine for a traffic violation where I had to appear in court. She was incredibly knowledgeable and provided me a list of things to do before the court date to increase my chances of a favorable outcome. On the day of court she was so kind and easy to talk to . She was able to g...et one charge dismissed and the other charge lowered so that I wouldn’t receive any points. I would highly recommend Katherine to anyone in need of an attorney.

Katherine and Kelli, her assistant were an answer to a prayer! My son had never had a ticket much less reckless driving ticket. Katherine was with us from the start calming our fears and representing our son. She gave us detailed instructions on how he could volunteer (even gave us a list) to expr...ess his regret to the city of Virginia Beach. She had us get a calibration, which showed he was not driving at the speed that he was ticketed for, and she also had him take the REDAP course, and this was before we ever set foot in the court room. Katherine supported my son and myself 100 percent, even filing an appeal when she felt the first ruling was not justified. My son will still pay his ticket and court fees, however without the help of Kathleen and Kelli it could have been much, much worse! We highly recommend her if you are in need of a lawyer!!
