Dynamic and Detail Oriented!

Amazing experience! From the first meeting to our last encounter, Cynthia remained not only cool, calm, and collected, but also maintained a high level of professionalism. Every member of her team from Tammy to Lisa has done nothing but individually strive to do what is best for my divorce case. The...y all were not only extremely knowledgeable (even about military), but very responsive to any and all my questions with my case as well as being compassionate while explaining the technical and legal aspects of my situation. My well-being was definitely sought after and fought for tooth and nail on every occasion. Cynthia and her team were always patient and willing to explain everything down to the last detail. Provide her the information she wants and she takes care of the rest! Highly recommend!

Expert, Professional, and Supportive!

We were blown away by the expertise, professionalism, and overall support from Cynthia Chaing! We spoke with 4 different attorneys, retained 2 of the 4, before being referred to Cynthia. From the very first conversation we were already more informed on the road ahead then all of the previous attorney...s combined. Cynthia is extremely sharp and can pivot under pressure with unusual grace, which was needed in our cases. Overall, both of our matters were resolved and we were well prepared for unexpected scenarios that arose. We highly recommend Cynthia and the entire team at Shupert Chaing!

No need to look any further for a great attorney

Watching my daughters family fall apart is like an emotional roller coaster that feels literally like your heart is being ripped out of your chest. I went with my daughter to meet with Cynthia Chaing. We were in the middle of the pandemic and that added an extra layer of difficulty to this process bu...t Cynthia was so calm and welcoming. She explained everything in detail and she wants to empower her clients to be part of the process of making decisions. Little did we know that Cynthia would become our “rock” for which my daughter and I could land and get reassurance, support, and help if needed. We felt very secure that Cynthia knew what to do to protect my daughter and grandchildren! The day of the court hearing Cynthia negotiated with opposing counsel and a successful outcome was achieved for my daughter and grandchildren! Skilled Expert in Family Law

Cynthia is an excellent attorney that is well respected, personable, extremely intelligent, and has an impeccable understanding of family law. She has represented me for several years with a series of complex family law matters including a protective order, divorce, custody, and visitation. I came to... Cynthia distraught and needing representation in a very short time frame. I was previously represented by a separate established law firm but with inadequate results. Cynthia was booked out for nearly a month but both she and her staff were compassionate as I pleaded for a consult. She provided a consult within days and even though her schedule was booked she agreed to take my case with less than two weeks of my initial court date. My situation was complex and when another well respected attorney declined my case due to fears for their safety, Cynthia did not back down. Instead, she listened, gathered facts, and assessed my situation. This is one trait, of many, that I love about her. She is fierce both in and out of the court room, representing her clients armed with tenacity and case law. She is straight forward and does not fluff possible outcomes but instead diligently prepares you for what may lie ahead. Each time we have stepped in court (and there have been many) we’ve had success. The moment she stepped into the lives of my children and I, our quality of life significantly improved. We have been safe and incredibly happy and for this I am forever grateful. Because she’s represented me for so long, I can assure you she represents both her female and male clients equally advocating for their rights and their children’s well being. She’s an experienced GAL and even dedicates time to help disadvantaged persons needing family law assistance. I share this because in my opinion, this speaks multitudes about her as a person as well as her skillset which undoubtedly is formed by her ability to see cases from a wide range of aspects. There is no other attorney I would have preferred to represent me. Her paralegal, Tammy, is as diligent and has excellent communication skills and attention to detail. In sum, Cynthia Chaing is an excellent attorney that you can confidently walk alongside in a courtroom knowing she will deliver and do so both fiercely and eloquently. My advice for anyone reading this, be prepared and organized so Cynthia can focus on representing you. And if it requires saving or shifting money to pay a retainer, what else is a more important investment than your children?

I highly recommend Cynthia Chaing !!!!!!!!!

Shupert & Chaing Anyone looking for dedicated attorneys look no further, Cynthia Chaing and Jennifer Shupert are incredibly talented, strategic and most importantly honest. We were referred to the firm by another attorney. We initially met with Cynthia days before Christmas with a hearing schedule...d with in weeks in circuit court. Our case was complicated to say the least. We were granted a trial January of 2020, then covid happened and complicated things even more. We did not end up in trial until October. Through all of it we never felt we were doing it alone. Cynthia always made sure we were updated and explained everything to us every step of the way. I can not even put into words the support we received from Cynthia, Jennifer, Tammy, Deborah and Hollie we were so lucky to have them all on our side. Cynthia was just as dedicated, focused and driven in our case as we were, there were long days and even longer nights. I hope Cynthia know she will always have a special place in my heart. I highly recommend Cynthia Chaing.
