They didn’t just treat me as another case; they took the time to truly understand the nuances of my situation and were incredibly empathetic throughout the entire process. Amazing and Compassionate

I hired Cynthia Chaing for a custody case. Cynthia was professional, knowledgeable, caring, and kind. She was also fierce when she needed to be. Any question, concerns or inquiries I had were addressed right away. Talking with Cynthia about my case seemed like conversing with a friend, which helped ...relieve a lot of stress for me. Tammy Womack was amazing as well. Tammy was very helpful and responsive during all communications. Their ability to accommodate me living in another state was incredible. This team of power house women are highly recommended.

Dynamic and Detail Oriented!

Amazing experience! From the first meeting to our last encounter, Cynthia remained not only cool, calm, and collected, but also maintained a high level of professionalism. Every member of her team from Tammy to Lisa has done nothing but individually strive to do what is best for my divorce case. The...y all were not only extremely knowledgeable (even about military), but very responsive to any and all my questions with my case as well as being compassionate while explaining the technical and legal aspects of my situation. My well-being was definitely sought after and fought for tooth and nail on every occasion. Cynthia and her team were always patient and willing to explain everything down to the last detail. Provide her the information she wants and she takes care of the rest! Highly recommend!

Agressive with a smile :)

I hired Ms. Chaing for what I thought was a SIMPLE custody case. This was a hard decision as I wanted to navigate the court system on my own. I made the right decision, why chance the most important thing in your lifetime?! You are already up every night stressed, why not have someone in your corn...er! The case took 8 months due to the multiple hearings and even though it felt like an eternity, it was pushed along quicker due to Ms. Chaing. I did get the outcome that was in the best interest of my son. Custody claims are not easy to navigate, can change quickly and the guardians are too busy to really dig into the details of the cases. I strongly recommend Ms. Chaing, she is responsive, easy to work with, will explain all scenarios and give you a realistic picture of how the case will go. Just provide her with your support and she does the rest!

She’s the best!

Cynthia is great! I was referred to her by another client after my separation. I was nervous at first because I’ve never needed a lawyer before. After I sat with her for a consultation i knew she was the right person. So I hired her for child custody and visitation. She is very caring and very knowle...dgeable. She helped me every step of the way and made sure I understood everything before going in to court. She talked me though what to expect during mediation and I felt very prepared walking in. Needless to say she won my case and if I ever needed representation again I would definitely go back to her.
