Harris took over my case from another attorney and reset negotiations. My case was very emotional, personal and dramatic and involved many family members and friends. Harris kept the drama and emotion out of the proceedings and works in a very fact based manner. Harris also coached me, calmed me down..., set realistic expectations and managed the counter parties very well. I ended up with a fair deal for all parties with as little collaterral damage as possible. Harris maintains realtionships with other attorneys and is able to negotiate fairly. I found Harris by simply searching the web and taking a chance on what was one of the biggest challenges I have faced in a very long time ' getting Divorced' but from the first time I walked into his office, sat down and started a conversation with him I knew that I would come out of it all in a bett...er place than when I went in. Throughout the entire process he has been nothing but professional, courteous, informative and extremely knowledgeable in reference to my divorce proceedings. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and the efficiency in which my situation was handled and would highly recommend Harris to everyone I know should they ever find themselves in need of his services.

Mr. Leiner was my divorce attorney. I would not recommend him. He did not litigate well against my ex-husband's attorney. He accepted a much lower settlement on my behalf than he originally proposed. I asked the firm mid way to switch attorneys since we had separate wants. They were not responsive to... that idea. I would not recommend Mr. Leiner nor his firm for family law. He was not a strong advocate for my case and made me feel not worth his time. Also, they did not inform me of my divorce date. I learned officially of my divorce via mail, 2 weeks later.
