From my initial contact they were responsive and compassionate. All my questions and concerns were responded to quickly. I have nothing but good things to say about Cody Remington. I got charged with reckless driving (a 1st degree misdemeanor) and hired Cody Remington to defend me. Despite the absurdly high speed the Commonwealth of Virginia alleged I was going, Mr. Remington was able to have my criminal charge dropped... and replaced with a measly traffic infraction. He was helpful and well experienced in reckless driving cases in the local courts. He knows the judges and prosecutors well and is both willing and able to schedule hearings with the judge best suited for a best case scenario ruling on his client's behalf. The law firm was also responsive with his paralegal, Jana Jankowiak, never more than a message away and always willing to promptly answer the many questions a criminal defendant is bound to have. This may sound like a basic and expected review, but Mr. Remington's legal services were genuinely the greatest thing I could have hoped for as a defendant. I highly recommend him, especially if you're an out of state traveler like me.

I hired Mr Remington after receiving a traffic ticket in Virginia. Not a resident of Virginia, I was unaware that many traffic tickets in the state are handled as criminal offenses and thus would have much more serious effects than one might anticipate. Mr Remington was kind enough to discuss my part...icular case even before requiring any fee or commitment to hiring. So I hired Mr Remington to help me with my speeding ticket I got driving a friends truck. I wasn't used to the truck, or the change in speed limit on the road so I got a ticket. I was so mad at myself and the situation and I was buying a new house and switching all my insurance around I could not h...ave anything on my license.
