I, like many, fell victim to the notorious Dinwiddia, VA speed trap and Virginia's utterly absurd reckless driving law. My offense was 87 mph in a 70 mph zone. In Maryland I probably would not have even pulled over, but in Virginia, thus is reckless driving and a misdemeanor crime. After calling a... handful of attorneys in the Richmond area it was very clear David Long knew the system, the judges, and knew exactly how to handle my case. David even goes as far as asking for a biography so he can humanize his client to the judge and make the case that this offense is not in your character, but rather, a one time lapse in judgement. After speaking with David I paid his very reasonable fee (just as or more reasonable than other attirneys I spoke with), sent him my bio and driving record, and then sat back and waited for David to do his work. Like many others who have used David, I was informed that the judge had dismissed my case with the only requirement being I take a $35 online driving course. Simply paying the fine for this ticket would have cost me thousands of dollars in fines and increased insurance premiums, but for just a few hundred dollars, David handled everything. And as far as my record shows, nothing ever happened. I genuinely recommend David Long for anyone fighting a serious traffic violation and am very grateful for the services he provided me.

I am an NC resident who received a speeding ticket over the Memorial Day Weekend in Dinwiddie County. At the speed I was pulled, NC would have suspended my license for a minimum of 30 days.
