David Avard Chipman Long

I had a traffic case that would be settled in a straightforward manner in other states. In Virginia, this meant having to go to court and litigating. As an out-of-state defendant with my own life to worry about, David managed the case with an appropriate level of concern. He wasn't alarmist like some... of the other attorney's I interviewed, but helped give a realistic picture about what a plea-bargain normally requires. He wasn't trying to make the case easy for him through my heavy-lifting, it seemed.
