I received a reckless driving charge for speeding on I-85 in Dinwiddie County earlier this year. I was not an in-state resident and had never had any traffic violations before, so I was very concerned about this particular charge. After thorough research, I ended up reaching out to Mr. Long. Mr. Long didn’t have the easiest case with me, I had already had 3 speeding tickets on my record, I got caught driving 33 mph over the speed limit, and had 2 minors in the back. I was at a point where all I wanted was to avoid jail time, but Mr Long got my reckless ticket dropped to improper driving,... and I ended up not getting my license suspended and paying a tiny fine compared to what I was expecting.
