Claude Stuart Whitehead III

Recently, while driving through VA to NJ (where I live), I was pulled over for speeding -- I was going 101 in a 70, which amounts to reckless driving by speed, a misdemeanor in VA. It was not looking good for me, due to the fact that I was going over 100 mph. I was looking at serious sanctions, even ...possible jail time. Claude appeared on my behalf in court (because I live and work in NJ), and he got my misdemeanor charge down to a speeding ticket -- 80 in a 70. Not only that, but he also got my fines reduced drastically. Claude exceeded my expectations. Every time I called and left a message, I got a call back on that day. Not only was he easy to get in touch with, but when we did speak, he always took the time to explain everything to me in detail, and to answer any and all questions that I had. I was nervous about everything because I was in New Jersey and this was all happening in VA, so I felt very removed from the situation. I ran into some legal trouble over my winter break from school, and to my dismay a possession of marijuana charge landed in my lap. I wanted to take a moment to share a great expereince! i drive up and down the 95 often as i live in NC and have family in NY. one day i was pulled over and told that i was speeding at a criminal level. i dissgreed however that didnt change the officers ticket he gave me to appear in court for my fed...eral offense. not being in the area, it was tough to know who i could trust to handle the situation for me. i read a few reviews on different attorneys spoke to a few and when i spoke to claude i felt insitnatly like i was in good hands. he was very specific, he knew the variuos judges he may have to face on my behalf and wanted to know specific information about me to help him with his character case. he was efficient, supportive and got the best result i could have asked for (ticket dropped below criminal offese. i am very grateful for Claude's hard work on my case. to top it off, it was between christmas and new years so i was extra appreciative that he didnt get too busy to handle my case.
