Whitehead was very unresponsive during my legal process. Contacted him for months and did not respond to calls voicemails or text messages. I thought he has passed and searched obituaries. Just unprofessional. You hire a lawyer to represent you and then you can’t contact him after the initial case. ...I did not sign a retainer because I was in another state and I think he took advantage of that idk because he isn’t responding. There are plenty of lawyers out there do yourself a favor and get one that can act professional on your behalf and not just take your money and leave you out to dry

In September I was pulled over on my way to North Carolina for a rescue transport. On the way home I was ticketed in Virginia for going 85, in Virginia speed over 80 is an automatic misdemeanor of reckless driving.
