I practice criminal and traffic law in the Richmond area. I also am a real estate developer in the City of Richmond. I practice law in the following cities and counties: City of Richmond, Chesterfield County, Henrico County, Hanover County, Caroline County, City of Petersburg, Dinwiddie County, Greensville County, Prince George County, Goochland County, Mecklenburg County, Brunswick County, Sussex County, New Kent County, Louisa County, City of Charlottesville, Albemarle County, Spottsylvania County, King George County, King William County, Essex County, City of Neport News, and several more. I generally practice within 2 hours of Richmond but I have practiced in most of the Courthouses in Virginia.
Much of my practice is devoted to representing people charged with Reckless Driving, Driving Under the Influence, Possession of Marijuana, and many other state misdemeanor and felony charges. I try to avoid practicing in Federal Court. I have been in court almost every day for 28 years. I prosecuted many murders, robberies and rapes during my time in the Commonwealth Attorney's Office.
At the present, I spend about half of my time practicing law and the other half of my time focused on my real estate projects. The rest of my time is spent with my family. I coach baseball, basketball and soccer. At times, I have coached 6 to 7 different sports teams each year.

Worthless
This attorney did not do a good job on my case. When the prosecutor agreed on a plee deal, and then didn't follow through, he didn't want to do anything about it. And he was 25 minutes late on my court date. He doesn't even deserve the one star.
The client above did reach an agreement with the Commonwealth Attorney/Prosecutor in this matter. Thus I obviously negotiated the matter and the client was satisfied with the outcome at the time or he would not have accepted the agreement from the prosecutor. It is unfortunate that the jail refused to allow work release in this matter due to the nature of the crime. It is also unfortunate that the prosecutor did not step in and attempt to have the jail reconsider their decision to not allow work release on this type of a crime. I unfortunately do not have the power to tell the jail what to do and force them to make certain decisions which benefit my clients. There were many people remaining in the court room on the court date and thus we were in no way late to handle the defendant's matter in this case. In fact, we had been discussing a plea agreement with the prosecutor for several days and thus we were in no way late, in fact we were very prepared. Thus this assertion is also false.
