I had some unfortunate events that took place in March that caused me some trouble with the Greene county police department. After consulting with several well known attorneys in Charlottesville things were not looking to good. They all felt like there was little they could do to keep me from serving... some jail time and they would be looking for the best deal they could get. I retained Marc to represent me on a Reckless Driving ticket I received for speeding past a loaded school bus on double solid yellow lines.
