I retained Marc to represent me on a Reckless Driving ticket I received for speeding past a loaded school bus on double solid yellow lines. My driving record was not perfect and I was very worried about my court date, losing my license, and going to jail. Marc answered all my questions and reassure...d me throughout the process that my court date would be ok and I would neither lose my license nor go to jail. I had a HORRIBLE experience with Marc Anderson. I could have gained the same result and/or even better if I had gone with someone else or even myself. I’ve NEVER had a traffic violation but received my very first speeding ticket and as a result had to do 1. Community service 2. Reckless driving cours...e (also had to pay for it) 3. Pay an absurd fine FOR MY FIRSR EVER TRAFFIC VIOLATION 3. With the lack of communication with Marc I had to pay a suspended license fee. I would never recommend him to anyone and would have paid twice as much for another lawyer if I had known.

I have known Marc from previous legal advice (he helped my son to get out of trouble during his first year of College for underage drinking, with great results). In this opportunity, he helped me to have a Reckless Driving charge to a Defective Equipment one. No one wants to have her driving record t...ainted with a RD!
