Both Ms. Lawrence and Ms Parson were fantastic. What I liked most was the personalized attention. They constantly gave us ideas, listened to us, but were also frank with us regarding what would/wouldn't work. The other thing I liked was they always made us feel like our case was important to them, and they always made us feel like we were a priority - which was nice because we weren't a "big case". Their professionalism, attentiveness, guidance, and ability to listen to our needs and translate that into effective action was top notch. I can't tell you how appreciative we are for what Ms. Lawrence and Ms. Parson did for us. Their professionalism and expertise, along with superior customer service is second to none based on my experience.

Lisa Lawrence is my "go to" attorney for any employment matter. She is highly responsive and seeks pragmatic solutions to issues. She understands the dynamics between employer and employee in a negotiation and works to find the common ground that Is most acceptable to her client.
I trust Lisa implicitly and give her my highest recommendation.
