Mr. Leavitt was very helpful throughout the whole process and answered very quick as well. He was able to reduce my 96/70 ticket to just an improper driving charge. This meant it was no longer a misdemeanor and I would just need to pay a fine much smaller than the one I would’ve if it was a reckless ...charge. Also I live about 3 1/2 hours away from where I had got the ticket, and he was able appear in court for me and my presence was not needed! I highly recommend hiring Mr. Leavitt.

I was on my way home to New York from North Carolina after visiting my son. I got stopped in Dinwiddie, VA, doing 84 in a 70. Attorney Daniel Leavitt is hands down the best attorney I was able to find in or near the Emporia, Virginia area!!
