Charge reduced

I worked with Bryan on a case last week and I was very impressed. He was always prompt when returning calls and emails about the case. I live four hours from the courthouse and he was able to appear on my behalf and have my charges reduced. I was very pleased with his work.

Speeding in Virginia - 90 in a 70 - Not Smart!

I now know that passing other cars on the highway at 90mph in a 70mph zone, in Rockbridge, VA is a major offense and you will probably be pulled over and ticketed, like I was. If you find yourself in the same situation I was in and you need representation in a Virginia traffic court, I would highly r...ecommend asking for Mr. Jones thru the Fisher Law firm. He took very good care of me. I was very nervous about how my traffic violation was going to impact my life and my career, especially after hearing all of the nightmare stories about the "Hanging Judge of Virginia". I needed to understand, in detail, what I was up against, what my options were, and how to proceed prior to my court date. Was fortunate enough to teamed up with Mr. Jones as my lawyer. I called him a couple of times before the court date with questions or to provide information to him, and he was there for me –he picked up the phone every time I called and treated me like he cared and that my well being mattered to him. Needless to say, I had a lot of up-front questions that I needed answered. Mr. Jones patiently walked me thru the violations, explained to me all of my options, gave me several points of advice, detailed the things I needed to do to prepare for "our" day in court, and laid-out a best case outcome scenario. The day of my “court date”, did I mention that I did not have to drive the 600 miles from home to the VA court-house, Mr. Jones was present to represent me. I checked in with him that morning and he let me know that he was on the ball and had me covered. He called me back immediately after the judgment was handed down and I was very pleased with the outcome, the best case scenario came true for me.
