Excellent criminal and civil attorney

Bryan Jones assisted me with post-conviction relief in a difficult criminal case, and he was so tremendously knowledgeable and capable that I retained him to advocate for me in the out-of-state military divorce that followed. I appointed him attorney-in-fact over my finances during incarceration, and... he maintains the highest standard of professional ethics. He keeps detailed and complete records of every transaction, and he successfully manages demand deposit (checking and savings), credit, and insurance accounts for me. He effectively navigates the intimidating bureaucracy of VADOC, an admirable feat in itself. I retained him again to coordinate my reentry planning, and I am currently residing in the clean and safe apartment he leased for me with power of attorney. I highly recommend Bryan Jones in any criminal or civil matter. He is a compassionate and dedicated advocate and absolutely trustworthy.

Best Lawyer in Town

I can't recommend Bryan Jones enough. I spoke with several attorney's regarding my case and Mr. Jones surpassed them all by leaps and bounds. We have yet to go to trial but he made me feel very assured about the ins and outs regarding my case. We discussed the options and my concerns and I now feel c...ompletely at ease knowing that Bryan is doing everything in his power to represent me to the best of his ability. Super accessible and always had a thorough response for any of my inquiries. I was skeptical being the reputation lawyers have but speaking with Mr. Jones was like chatting with an old friend who happens to practice criminal defense. With any luck I won't be needing his services again but I would hire him again without a doubt and have in fact recommended him since our encounter. Thanks for everything you do for good people caught up in bad situations. Best attorney in town. Worth every penny.

Bryan defended me from felony fraud § 18.2-188

Bryan is an incredibly talented lawyer with great reasoning. Despite a hard case, and lots of resources against me, his defense won the case for a very affordable price. I could tell he personally cared about the case, and was very thorough. I would recommend Bryan to everyone, much respect for this ...man.

Very Concerned

Mr. Jones answered a question I posted on AVVO. He was very informative and I felt generally concerned for me, a stranger several states away. I wish I could hire him!

Very Helpful

Bryan was very helpful and informative going into my case. He gave me all of the guidance I needed to get the best possible outcome, which we achieved when my reckless driving charge was downgraded to just speeding. He knew exactly how court would go and prepared me for all the questions I would have... to answer. I would highly recommend Bryan to anyone trying to defend a traffic violation.
