Simply the best.

Steve was absolutely wonderful. He explained every step of the process thoroughly and in a way I could understand. He was always available for questions or concerns. He prepared me very well for everything to come in the process and honestly made it as painless as possible. I cannot thank him enough ...and I cannot recommend him highly enough! Steve and Anne Did an Outstanding Job!

I initially consulted Steve Ramsdell in 2014 regarding my financial situation and several significant liabilities, including taxes due to the IRS, that my wife and I were unable to pay due to several other competing substantial expenses, including secondary and college education costs for our childre...n. With Steve's periodic counsel over the years, we whittled down remaining liabilities from a complex bankruptcy filing for $1 million+ in liabilities expected to cost $15,000 and an extended timeline to process, to $500,000 remaining to be paid, with a majority of the liability being taxes due to the IRS, for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy that cost only $3,500 to process in less than four months. While not an easy or enjoyable process, Steve and his able assistant, Anne, did a great job directing us regarding the information they needed to file and process our bankruptcy, using our time very efficiently, and getting to the desired outcome of debt discharge as quickly as possible. Steve and Anne were always available to answer any questions that arose, and they gave good practical solutions to any issues we raised. We would highly recommend Steve Ramsdell to anyone considering filing for bankruptcy, or looking for practical advice dealing with creditors.

Steady Help In An Uncertain Time

From the beginning, Steve made me feel as if there was a light at the end of the tunnel and he could help get me there. We had a business that went under and had been served with some legal issues. I contacted several attorneys, some asked for up front fees to talk and some explained the process ov...er the phone. Steve took the time to speak with me at great lengths and then follow up with all the information we had discussed in a detailed email so that I had time to wrap my head around what was taking place. Everything that he had explained would happen did, and his advice and leadership allowed us to come out of our situation better then when we had entered it. He always returned emails and took the time to answer my many questions. His expertise and guidance was a significant advantage we had on our side to make sure that our families future was secured from the issues we were facing. His office always had time for me, and I felt at ease with his calm approach to something that for me was filled with uncertainty. I chose Steve because other attorneys told me the things I would lose while Steve took the time to find out the facts first before giving advice. Highly Professional with Excellent Results

Steven went above and beyond my hopes and expectations with my bankruptcy. He was extremely informative throughout the process which put me and my fiance at ease until the very end of the discharge. A major concern was keeping the house and we did!
