Mr. Rosefelt previously was an Adjunct Professor of Tax Law and Adjunct Professor of Legal Research and Writing at Stetson University College of Law, where he graduated with honors in 1991, was a Legal Research & Writing Teaching Fellow and published member of Law Review. Before attending lawschool, Mr. Rosefelt worked in public accounting and private industry as an auditor and tax accountant. Mr. Rosefelt graduated from the University of Wisconsin Madison in 1981 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. Mr. Rosefelt is currently the Secretary for the American Academy of Attorney-CPA's, Chairman of the National Education Comittee for the American Academy of Attorney-CPA's, and Vice Chair of the Tax Collection, Bankruptcy & Workouts Committee of the American Bar Association. Mr. Rosefelt is licensed to practice law in Maryland, Washington D.C., and Florida. He is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Maryland and Florida.
