My practice mirrors the variety of cases that come before the Bankruptcy Court. I represent debtors, Trustees, creditors, and other parties in interest under all of the various bankruptcy chapters. I enjoy assisting regular people and their businesses in resolving financial problems that might otherwise be debilitating for them and their families. I handle bankruptcy matters from the most routine to the very complex, often receiving referrals from other bankruptcy attorneys, and my reputation is for providing the highest quality legal services at reasonable, competitive rates.
Outside of my work life, I enjoy running and reading and spending time with my family.
