Outstanding service was provided from beginning to end. Attorney Bathrick is very knowledgeable and provided me with all the information I needed on a process that I was about to enter that was very unclear to me. All of my questions were answered and explained so very clearly. Also, because of my lo...ng work hours, Attorney Bathrick was available via email which was great for me as I did not want to appear to be nonresponsive but because of my work schedule email was the best for me. I was always updated at each stage of the process in knew in advance what to expect. The Chapter 13 Trustee hooked me up with Mr. Bathrick after the attorney I initially hired to handle my bankruptcy proved incompetent. Mr. Bathrick was a godsend. He does everything you would hope for in an attorney: He gives it to you straight, does not mince words or wastes your time; he keeps appo...intments and promptly returns phone calls and answers emails. In short he knows what he is doing and does it quickly and efficiently. He is by far the best attorney I have ever dealt with. If I ever need legal counsel in the future I would hope to get as good an attorney as he is (I think he only does bankruptcy work).
