Derek Daniel Bathrick

I received a referral to Derek from a family member. After my initial interview I hired the firm and met Derek as my Bankruptcy attorney. Derek was professional and provided a calming presence during my five years under Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. Whenever I needed advice, questions answered, documents... or continued representation Derek and his staff were always there keeping me sane. I cannot express my appreciation enough in the help provided to me during this time.

Outstanding service was provided from beginning to end. Attorney Bathrick is very knowledgeable and provided me with all the information I needed on a process that I was about to enter that was very unclear to me. The Chapter 13 Trustee hooked me up with Mr. Bathrick after the attorney I initially hired to handle my bankruptcy proved incompetent. Mr. Bathrick was a godsend. He does everything you would hope for in an attorney: He gives it to you straight, does not mince words or wastes your time; he keeps appo...intments and promptly returns phone calls and answers emails. In short he knows what he is doing and does it quickly and efficiently. He is by far the best attorney I have ever dealt with. If I ever need legal counsel in the future I would hope to get as good an attorney as he is (I think he only does bankruptcy work). I would recommend him (and by extension the law firm he works for) to anyone.
