Derek Daniel Bathrick

The Chapter 13 Trustee hooked me up with Mr. Bathrick after the attorney I initially hired to handle my bankruptcy proved incompetent. Mr. Bathrick was a godsend. He does everything you would hope for in an attorney: He gives it to you straight, does not mince words or wastes your time; he keeps appo...intments and promptly returns phone calls and answers emails. In short he knows what he is doing and does it quickly and efficiently. He is by far the best attorney I have ever dealt with. If I ever need legal counsel in the future I would hope to get as good an attorney as he is (I think he only does bankruptcy work). I would recommend him (and by extension the law firm he works for) to anyone.

Answered an ad from Andrews Law concerning help with all the debt I had accumulated. Derek was the lawyer whom I spoke with and made an appointment for a consult. Was so nervous and embarrassed that I had gotten myself into this financial mess, however, Derek was so calm, nice, and very re-assuring,... explained everything in detail, took all of my information down, and got to work on helping me through this mess I was in. I could always get in touch when needed either via phone or email, he was very prompt in all aspects of my case, everything happened the way he explained, understood everything that was and would happen. So glad Derek was the one to call, as he is very good at what he does, made me feel that in a few years I would be back on track. My case is now finished and I am so thankful for all of Derek's help.
