Words can not express my gratitude and appreciation of Mr. Colbert. I am a disabled veteran and had an unfortunate situation happen to me where I was arrested and could have been facing more jail time if i was found guilty, so my life was I'm complete shambles especially since I have a security clearance for my job which was in jeopardy of being revoked and also, i have a baby that is due any day now. With my back against the wall, I did like any other person would do, I hit my knees and prayed. The next day I received a flier in the mail and never knew keeping that flier would have been the best decision of my life. Mr. Colbert had sent out a flier and I normally don't read but this time, something told me to read it. I gave Mr Colbert a call and he understood my situation thoroughly. From our first conversation about my charge, Mr. Colbert was pleasant, empathetic and ready to fight for me. The court heard our motion which was that the arrest violated my constitutional rights and the motion was granted by the court! Mr. Colbert was a pitbull in the courtroom and thoroughly presented all of the facts. This ultimately resulted in the commonwealth not moving forward with the charge and the court removing the upcoming trial from the docket. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney. I am glad that I kept the faith in him and allowed him to fight as he told me he would. I would recommend him 10 out of 10 times to anyone! He is truly a professional and a man that takes pride in his craft.

Mr. Colbert outsmarted the prosecutor. Very skillful and knowledgeable to the subject of DUI. He interrogated police officer on the witness stand and made him look stupid. Worth money to hire him if you involved in DUI. He knows what he is doing and studied my case well before going to trial.
