I hired Mr Colbert after I was given a summons for “use of marijuana while operating a vehicle”. I reached out and hired Mr Colbert on short notice of my original court date. From our first conversation about my charge, Mr. Colbert was pleasant, empathetic and ready to fight for me. Through that and follow- on conversations he helped to keep me calm about the situation and focused, so that my normal life wouldn't be derailed as we went through the process. The court heard our motion which was that the arrest violated my constitutional rights and the motion was granted by the court! Mr. Colbert was a pitbull in the courtroom and thoroughly presented all of the facts. This ultimately resulted in the commonwealth not moving forward with the charge and the court removing the upcoming trial from the docket. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney. I am glad that I kept the faith in him and allowed him to fight as he told me he would. I would recommend him 10 out of 10 times to anyone! He is truly a professional and a man that takes pride in his craft.
