Law Students in Court Program and, as a D.C.-certified student-trial attorney, she represented local residents in the Landlord and Tenant and Small Claims Branches of D.C. Superior Court. Rachelle also participated in GWU's domestic violence clinic and interned at the Legal Aid Society and D.C. Office of the Attorney General.
Rachelle holds dual bachelor of science degrees in political science and in business management, from Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, Conn., where she graduated with high honors and received top departmental awards.
