Fantastic lawyer in grueling 21 month nail biter...

If you’re considering whether or not to hire Catherine, just push the “I believe” button and go ahead and retain her services. Without going into too much detail, our case involved Unlawful Command Influence, prosecutorial and investigative misconduct, breach of attorney client privilege, illegal ...search and seizure, perjury, and targeted prosecution. Yes, folks...it was a real nail biter and stands as a shining example of colossal gov’t abuse of power trying to make an example. Enter Mrs.Deist... Over the course of nearly 21 months Mrs. Deist navigated a mine field of adversity in trying to navigate the corrupt Beale AFB legal office (who is now in hot water and hopefully held accountable!). Slowly but surely she laid constitutional foundation to hold the government accountable to their own laws and procedures. She was only able to win due to her predator-like tenacity in delivering timely, fact-based, and confident case law in real time litigation. I might say, it was quite entertaining to watch a judge (this particular military judge is infamously prosecution bias) get boxed in “on the record”. Ultimately, the charges were dropped after 21 months due to a “lack of evidence”! Yes, after 21 months of struggle the gov’t was finally forced to concede that they did not in fact have a case...but, they had been trying to strong arm ya in an effort to cover up their own illegal actions. I do not see a scenario where another lawyer could have navigated the court system successfully. Mrs. Deist was able to remain calm and collected during litigation to tactically modulate different argument styles keeping the government on their toes. She was professional, prepared, and empathetic. Just write the retainer check. You won’t be disappointed!
