As a lawyer, Rob is experienced in a wide variety of employment law matters. He has represented both public and private sector employees in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings.
Around the office, people say he’s collaborative and easy to get along with. It’s important to Rob to pay close attention to the specific details of each client’s case, but also the specific needs and goals of each client so that his clients are satisfied with the results he achieves for them.
When he isn’t working hard for his clients, you might find Rob playing Go, a strategy board game like chess that’s popular in East Asia. Or he might be watching a Hitchcock film, reading a novel, hiking in Shenandoah National Park, or sitting in a National Symphony Orchestra concert at the Kennedy Center.
When he can, Rob likes to volunteer in the community, such as with the DC Employment Justice Center, giving free legal advice to local workers.
A Northern Virginia native, Rob graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of William & Mary. Then, he received his juris doctor degree from The University of Chicago Law School.
