I believe that trial lawyers, along with the jury system, perform an integral function in our society, by leveling the playing field among parties with disparate economic resources. By focusing my practice on a select number of catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, rather than focusing on volume, I am able to devote the individual attention that each client deserves. As a result, the vast majority of my clients are referrals from other lawyers, judges and members of the community.

Eric Clingan, Personal injury Attorney on Aug 30, 2017
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
I endorse this lawyer. Scott attended a CLE on the Art of Voir Dire, for which I was a presenter. I found him to be very dedicated to the causes of his clients and extremely knowledgeable in his area of practice.
Matthew Sutter, Personal injury Attorney on Feb 17, 2017
Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
I endorse this lawyer, without reservation of any sort. I had the experience meeting Mr. Perry because I was representing a defendant Mr. Perry was suing. It was a complicated case involving many moving parts. From the beginning it was apparent to me that Mr. Perry was not only effective and prepared, but truly committed to seeking justice for his client. He worked diligently and expressed empathy for his client's losses. When you’re knocked down, and need to pick an attorney to not just represent you, but help you get back up. You need an attorney who believes in your case. Mr. Perry has shown to me to be that counsel. In fact, since that experience I have had occasions to collaborate with Mr. Perry and his firm as co-counsel. I chose to work with Mr. Perry based on what was evident from the beginning: his dynamism, his command of the law and, again, most importantly, his unparalleled dedication to his client’s cause.
