Chester Lavester Banks

I was assigned to Mr. Banks through the assistance program for those who couldn't afford legal counsel. I was a very troubled young man at the time. Not only did he follow through with his promises. He had the professionalism to look me in the eye and tell me about myself. He made me realize that my ...problems extended beyond my legal troubles. I've been burned pretty badly by the last attorneys I hired, so I had actually gone on a free referral to get as much legal advice as I could to do so. He's an honest, up front attorney who will give it to you straight and, if your opinions differ, he will fight for the result YOU want and, at least in my case, win! There aren't words to express my gratitude for the excellent job Mr. Banks did. I hold no reservations in saying that the time I'll be able to spend with my child before the age of majority is all thanks to him proving to the judge that there was no legal basis for the emergency motion.
