I showed up at Banks and Associates planning to represent myself for an emergency child custody hearing...in 22 hours! I've been burned pretty badly by the last attorneys I hired, so I had actually gone on a free referral to get as much legal advice as I could to do so. There aren't words to express my gratitude for the excellent job Mr. Banks did. I hold no reservations in saying that the time I'll be able to spend with my child before the age of majority is all thanks to him proving to the judge that there was no legal basis for the emergency motion.
